repeat offender

We have a few meals in our house that we usually keep in rotation...Taco Pie, Crab Stuffed Salmon, and Pesto & Cheese Stuffed Chicken. B and I are both a huge fan of pesto, so this meal is right up our alley.
It's a easy recipe to make as well, you can eye ball the measurements, takes about 5 minutes to put together and throw into the oven. Then you can sit back, and enjoy that first glass of wine. We paired the chicken with Tiziano Pinot Grigio and it was the perfect compliment.

  2. Man, you guys have some gourmet meals that you keep in rotation at your house. Ours is typically chicken, rice, and broccoli. Mainly because we're typically so busy at night that that's all we have time to cook!
