I'm taking tomorrow off and heading up to NoVa early in the morning. I'm so excited, like that feeling you would get on field trip day in Elementary school. Hoping you all have an adventurous weekend!  Love one another

  9. I live in DC and you should definitely try Baked and Wired cupcakes too!! They are a few streets from Georgetown Cupcakes and just as yummy. Nothing can beat cupcakes from two places right?? Have a great trip-the weather is awesome here and I just saw the President's motorcade this week! Michelle came down and greeted guests at the White House today too-of course I never go on those days lol.

  10. AWWW! I sooo remember my trips to visit K in Quantico! Girl, do I have some stories. One time I flew from FL to see him and on the way to the airport I got a call saying he was being taken by ambulance to the hospital. Scariest flight ever! Oh and that photo reminded me of the day before our wedding when he was in the gas chamber and got a huge gash in his forehead because he ran into the door! Great for the day before our wedding right? Now, I hope you have a fabulous time in NoVa without that kind of excitement :)
